Get ready for Pound Down 2007 to start on April 10th. Five listeners for TEAM WILLIE vs. five listners for TEAM STOUT will compete in POUND DOWN 2007. The team that loses the most weight - wins. From the winning team, one listner will be chosen at random and he/she and their guest will be going to Mexico on the CRAZY PLANE courtesy of Save On Supplements.
It's spring again and it's time to shed some weight. Even if you are not chosen, you can play along and see how much weight you can lose.
To get everyone started, we have two competition diets. These diets are not easy but they will yield remarkable results. The Men's diet is what Willie B. used to lose over 40lbs. in last years contest.
Men's Diet
7am – Isopure Zero Carb Shake (5g glutamine/Thermolean and T2)
30-40 min. cardio
10:00am – Labrada Low-Carb Meal Replacement or Muscle Milk Oatmeal (Opti-men vitamin/5g glutamine)
12pm – Meal
2pm – Isopure Zero Carb Shake (Thermolean and T2)
4pm – Labrada V-60 (5g glutamine)(tbsp. peanut butter)
5pm - Train
8pm – Meal (within 30-40 min of finishing training)
Women's Diet
7am – Isopure Zero Carb Shake (5g glutamine/Thermolean and T2)
30-40 min. cardio
10am – Isopure Zero Carb Shake (Opti-women vitamin/5g glutamine)
12pm – Meal
3pm – Labrada V-60 (5g glutamine)(tbsp. peanut butter)(Thermolean and T2)
5pm - Train
7pm – Meal (within 30-40 min of finishing training)
Meals – For men, we suggest 500 calories (45g protein)
For women , we suggest 300 calories (35g protein)
Workouts - We recommend 5 days a week with weights. One day off and 1 day of just morning cardio. Splits vary and work everything in according to your schedule.
